DirectEmployer’s Employee Resource Group is back and stronger than ever through the first quarter of 2024. To recap from 2023, we were very excited to have exceeded our goal by 18% of employee participation in the first year of launching our ERG. Since then, we have launched 5 additional sub-groups of our ERG and have already increased by 13% employee participation with an outstanding total of 51% of our employees participating in one or more of the groups!
