08 March 2024 — AMS, the global talent solutions business responds to latest US Bureau of Labor Market statistics. In February, the US economy added 275,000 jobs, again exceeding expectations by a wide margin.
Commenting on the latest statistics Nicky Hancock, Managing Director, Americas Region at AMS said: “The year has started off with a major focus on strategy and optimizing hiring practices. Some industries are showing a bit of a slower start to their sourcing ramp up, while others are harnessing insights and implementing new solutions to gain new hires and improve retention.
