Global HCM software company Ceridian has announced it is set to acquire eloomi, a market-leading learning and development platform based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Orlando, Florida.] The acquisition will be funded with existing balance sheet cash and is expected to close during the first quarter of the year. The eloomi team of 140 employees will join Ceridian’s 12,000 employees.
