+++ I think AI will have the biggest impact on candidates, and recruiter experience. On the one hand, it will increase productivity enormously, which I believe is very necessary because I think it’s going to be harder and harder to recruit people. So, it’s a necessity to become more productive because there are less recruiters, there are more positions to fill, it is harder to fill them.
