In March 2023, ServiceNow appointed Kelley Steven-Waiss as chief transformational officer, to help the business’s customers with their digital transformation. Steven-Waiss, who has more than 25 years of experience in executive management, previously held the position of CHRO, before transitioning into the tech industry where she founded Hitch Works, Inc. – which has now been acquired by ServiceNow.
