Using the Talenya platform these highly trained Talent Experts open their own recruitment practice and gain access to premium employer clients and matching candidates immediately. Talenya’s Talent Experts focus on assessing and validating candidates then present only qualified and interested candidates to the employer making the hiring process faster, far more efficient and less expensive.

Talenya turns to industry veterans who are looking for flexible hours and the ability to work from home. Qualified people undergo significant system training by Talenya and those who are suitable are offered recruitment assignments and can earn a significant income.

Talenya also saves employers the need to resort to multiple recruitment agencies.
