Talenya has developed and refined a new recruitment technology and methods which slash time to hire by 50% while increasing the quality of candidates and fit with the employer. Talenya’s solution is based on a unique combination of technology and human expertise. Using big data, AI and machine learning algorithms, Talenya can find virtually any person with finger prints on the web, collect all relevant information about them and match their profiles with potential jobs. Talenya’s technology also predicts the likelihood of people being interested in new career opportunities. As a result, Talenya can identify quality talent which is off the radar of traditional recruiters and reach them first.
Talenya uses an exclusive network of experts with specific domain expertise to contact and evaluate potential candidates for each job search. Using the Talenya platform these highly trained Talent Experts open their own recruitment practice and gain access to premium employer clients and matching candidates immediately. Talenya’s Talent Experts focus on assessing and validating candidates then present only qualified and interested candidates to the employer making the hiring process faster, far more efficient and less expensive.
Talenya turns to industry veterans who are looking for flexible hours and the ability to work from home. Qualified people undergo significant system training by Talenya and those who are suitable are offered recruitment assignments and can earn a significant income.
Talenya also saves employers the need to resort to multiple recruitment agencies. Using Talenya’s platform which is supported by multiple Talent Experts and support staff, companies can reach their recruitment goals faster without the headaches and admin of juggling multiple vendors while still being forced to weed through unqualified candidates.
