Are all AI tools the same? Can they really handle the nuance of job descriptions?
We decided to use 3 of today’s most talked-about AI tools —ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity — to rewrite job descriptions for the same role.
Our goal: Determine which one actually makes a JD more transparent, inclusive, and candidate-friendly.
