Everyone’s got a HR podcast these days.

I began podcasting back in the mid 2000’s with shows focused on career and job search. After 5 million+ downloads I turned my attention to recruiting and HR with the launch of RecTech back in late 2016.

In the past few months I’ve met 3 other podcasters at events in the NYC area so I figured why not launch a directory to help people find them. After some research and a few weeks of WordPress configurations, HRpodcasters.com is now live.

I frequently listen to shows like Chad&Cheese, The Talent Cast, Recruiting Animal, HR Happy Hour and HR Examiner. Many of these shows have been podcasting for a number of years and offer today’s HR pro a treasure trove of learning for those who seek to be taught.

These shows offer today’s HR pro a treasure trove of learning for those who seek to be taught. If I were training a recruiter or HR person today I’d make them required listening. From onboarding to exit interviews, we, the HR podcasters of the world, have you covered!

The site itself is basically an aggregator and will link to you the shows MP3 file or you can simply click over to their website where you can learn more about subscribing or listen in your browser. Shows are categorized under HR or Recruiting in terms of the main subjects they cover. Most if not all are available in iTunes and Google Play.

Those that want to keep track of ALL the shows that get published can opt-in to SUBSCRIBE to the daily morning email which will provide you a list of the previous days shows.
