“Classic” Employer Benefits Are A Strong Draw For US Job Seekers Across Ages

Key points:

Nearly half (49%) of US job seekers selected “better benefits” as an attribute they were looking for in a new job, the second most common motivator after “higher pay,” according to the 2025 Indeed Workforce Insights Survey.  Job seekers currently working part-time were significantly more likely to report searching for better benefits than full-time employees (56% vs. 43% of respondents).
