Professional recruiters must be able to build trust with candidates and clients as a way to cultivate long-lasting, successful relationships. It can be challenging for recruiters to prioritize their human candidates when they must also balance heavy workloads and KPIs. As such, some job seekers have a negative view of recruiters, with some even specifying “no recruiters” on their social media accounts.
