An Interesting ATS Feature

I was prepping to do a demo for a TA pro at the software company Genesys and while browsing their career site before the call noticed a cool feature I would love to see on more Applicant Tracking Systems.

In a sidebar it showed the job seeker activity happening on its pages.

The site is powered by SelectMinds which is owned by Oracle.

This activity feed is a unique and interesting slice of content for potential job seekers. I see it as a way to keep them engaged while browsing your pages. It shows that people are actively involved in referring and applying to the company. Reminds me a lot of what you might see on ecommerce sites to keep people’s attention.

To my knowledge no other ATS has this feature. I’d be curious what RH readers think. Have you seen this before?
