So how do you know when it’s real and when it’s just a bold claim? Fewer than three-fifths of HR professionals say their HR technology is well-aligned with business objectives. Most organizations evaluating a new enterprise talent platform are also trying to recover from a previous one that underdelivered. The gap between enterprise-marketed and enterprise-built shows up at implementation, not in the demo.
