USCIS Announces FY 2027 Inflation Increase for Certain Immigration-Related Fees

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has issued a Federal Register notice indicating that certain July 2025 budget reconciliation bill immigration-related fees will increase for fiscal year 2027 to account for inflation. The new fees are effective Oct. 16, 2026.
