Paul Berry, Founder and Executive Director for Thero.org says the new job board helps therapists find the right job. “Burnout is a huge problem in our field. Providers often stay at the same job for years and have a hard time finding one that fits the lifestyle they want. Now Thero isn’t just helping connect people to therapists, we’re helping therapists to jobs.”
The job board’s intuitive administrative panel allows for easy posting and review of applications from a single dashboard. The site is also mobile friendly which provides the best possible candidate experience on all devices. New users must register as a provider or therapist in order to apply or post jobs. Job searching can be done without logging in.
