Verros shared, “Ultimately improving candidate experience has the greatest business return for high-performing talent acquisition organizations. I’m so excited to hear from this year’s CandE winners and their best recruiting practices that will be shared at the CandE Symposium and Awards Gala.”
The Symposium’s morning sponsor sessions will feature design thinking, candidate engagement, AI in recruiting, end-to-end talent experience strategy and more. Following the Symposium, there will be a joint networking reception with the ERE Recruiting Conference, followed by dinner and the CandE Awards ceremony honoring this year’s winners. The annual Talent Board recruiting and candidate experience benchmarking and awards program offer employers in North America (NAM), Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia-Pacific (APAC), a risk-free and confidential opportunity to learn how their organization’s candidate experience practices compare to those of their peers and obtain feedback from their candidates, while gaining insight into the latest tools and strategies for optimizing the recruiting process.
“Each year the Talent Board benchmark research program evaluates tens of thousands of candidates responses from hundreds of global employers to better understand candidate experience and its impact on recruiting and business outcomes,” said Kevin Grossman, Talent Board president and newly appointed board member. “This year’s North American CandE Symposium agenda is packed with sessions exploring all facets of candidate experience from pre-application to onboarding. We’re also excited to welcome Dr. Richard Pimentel as our keynote speaker, Angie Verros as our emcee and to celebrate the 2018 winners during our Gala.”
