TA Orgs Need to do More of this

Things I wish more TA orgs did: Survey your entire employee base about how they respond to sourcer/recruiter outreach – and include Qs about types of messages (text, email, LinkedIn, calls, smoke signals, etc.), content of messages (professing love, not professing love, memes, GIFs, etc.), latencies to respond, when they respond, how they receive LinkedIn messages (within app, email)…

…then analyze by function, level, etc.

We assume far too much about how we believe people respond to us.
