Pepelwerk Plays Job Matchmaker

DALLAS – MARCH 18, 2019

After all of the grueling hours spent combing through job posts, it’s easy to wish that relevant job opportunities would just come directly to you. Pēpəlwərk, a new job-matching app known as “The Matchmaker of the Working World”, had that very concept in mind from inception.

From dating profiles to online shopping carts – the data shared today provides insights about who users are, what they like, and what their interests are. With that in mind, pepelwerk created a system that allows jobseekers to take their preferences and interests, and create an online profile that actively matches them to work opportunities that align with their career goals and needs.

Jobseekers are notified as soon as they’re matched to a position. They can engage with employers directly through the mobile app to schedule interviews, receive documents, and ultimately know where they stand throughout the entire interview process.

Pēpəlwərk removes the guess work of the application process by cutting out the resume blast altogether. The system makes it easy for employers to connect to qualified talent, and for jobseekers to review relevant open positions. Streamlining the talent acquisition process puts both parties at ease and makes the job-hunt less of a job, and more of an active connection process.

“It’s really a no brainer,” says pepelwerk user Amina Boukary, who recently landed her dream marketing position. “If matching our preferences with items, services, and people is the wave of the future, why not with jobs too?”

The app also provides career coaching services to offer jobseekers career guidance from professionals. Basic members receive a dedicated certified career coach for a fraction of the price of an independent advisor.

Pēpəlwərk is charging the path to create a better working world for both employees and employers by breaking down communication barriers. The system is completely free to setup to begin the matching process
