I almost exclusively use Calendly to schedule my calls as a corporate recruiter. It saves me so much time and allows them to view my availability and schedule themselves without bouncing emails back and forth.

It provides them the opportunity to select the best time for them instead of me suggesting three or four times that might not work for them.

I’ve actually had candidates who gave praise because it was less complicated for them to do it this way instead of the back and forth.
