HR Lancers to Rebrand with New Mission, Partners with Evil HR Lady

TRUMBULL, CT – Connecticut based Rec Tech Media is announcing changes to its job marketplace HR Lancers. The talent community which launched more than 2 years ago as a freelance site for Human Resources is changing its name and expanding its mission. The new entity will now be known as “Evil HR Jobs” (evilhrjobs.com).

It will be a partnership between Suzanne Lucas, also known as the “Evil HR Lady”, a well known industry influencer/author and Chris Russell, founder of Rec Tech Media.

Lucas writes daily on her blog (evilhrlady.org) about the human resources industry and also oversees a popular Facebook group of the same name. Russell is one of the most well known voices in the recruitment technology space.

“My biggest goal with Evil HR Lady is to make everyone’s career better. Launching Evil HR Jobs is one more step along that path. I am looking forward to helping HR people find and fill jobs.”

EvilHRJobs is a talent marketplace dedicated to help HR & Recruiting professionals find meaningful work. From full time roles to part time gigs, we now serve all job types in human resources, recruiting and talent acquisition.

“We had to make a change”, says Russell. “With employers hiring in droves and struggling to attract HR & recruiting talent, we felt that expanding to include full time roles is a much better mission for the current environment.”

To join, employers must sign up with a company email address to be able to search the resume database for free. Single postings start at just $49.

Job seekers may also choose to feature themselves in the resume database in an effort to stand out. They can also get job alerts and post their resume for free. Lucas will also begin offering resume review services.
