Avature, a leading enterprise SaaS platform for strategic HR, announces that Bill Cleary has joined the company as VP of Talent Strategies, North America.
Bill will head up Talent Strategy for the North American operations at Avature. He brings nearly 20 years of industry experience, including 11 years at Deloitte Consulting LP, where he advised clients in the areas of talent advisory and talent acquisition strategy. In the context of a competitive candidate-driven market, in which talent scarcity threatens the ability of companies to meet objectives and execute day-to-day operations, effective HR transformation and organizational redesign is of paramount importance to Avature’s customers. Bill will be advising key customers throughout their HR transformation journey on the development and deployment of results-driven talent programs.

Beamery, the leading Talent Operating System (TOS), announced today the appointment of Steven Bianchi as Chief People Officer (CPO). Bianchi draws on substantial experience leading people operations at high-growth companies including Improbable, Zalando, Deutsche Bank and Unilever. As CPO, Bianchi will drive Beamery’s talent management strategy, including talent acquisition, retention, learning and development.

Bianchi joins Beamery from Improbable, a UK-based technology company focused on revolutionising games and simulations in the cloud, where he served as Vice President, People Operations. Previously, he was Vice President of People and Organization at Zalando and has also served as Director of HR Management Information and People Analytics at both Deutsche Bank and Unilever. Bianchi has a track record for innovation and adopts principles of data science and product management to develop people and evolve organizations. He currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for Revolut, a UK-based fintech company.

The newly combined entity of ThinkHR and Mammoth HR, the leading providers of SaaS-based human resource knowledge, compliance, and training solutions, announced today that Mark Tisdel has joined the companies as chief financial officer. In this role, Tisdel will oversee all aspects of financial strategy, planning and analysis, and corporate development.

With more than 30 years of experience in finance, Tisdel has spent the last decade as a CFO for both public and private companies, most recently at Orion Health and Model N. Earlier in his career, Tisdel held finance and accounting leadership positions at organizations including PeopleSoft, prior to its acquisition by Oracle. Along with his strong finance skills, he has a proven track record helping to drive the growth of software and SaaS companies, both in business solutions and HR technology.
