You know that job you’ve been working on forever?  The one you’ve refreshed, reworded, reposted… You’ve gone through all the applicants, scoured the job boards and LinkedIn, networked, and used whatever other paid tools your employer provides.  You’ve loosened up the requirements and offered a sign-on bonus.  Still, no luck.  Your hiring manager asks the dreaded question every week, “What else are you going to do to find me qualified applicants?”  

As a determined Sourcer/Recruiter, you have a few other go-to tools and hacks that you rotate through, like podcasts, Boolean builders, Facebook search and company pages, and even emojis or other number of obvious and less obvious resources.  But, have you tried Amazon?  Book reviews to be specific.  See it in practice here…
