AllyO, a Silicon Valley-based AI technology company, today welcomed David Bernstein as Head of Partnerships and Bennett Sung as Head of Marketing. Bernstein and Sung join AllyO as the company continues to expand across new channels and educate talent acquisition and HR leaders on integrating AI in their end-to-end recruiting processes.
Bernstein will be responsible for creating and executing AllyO’s partner channel strategy. In this role, he will leverage his deep expertise of talent acquisition and his strong understanding of the talent acquisition ecosystem to develop AllyO’s channel and alliance network to further drive its value proposition in the market. Bernstein started his career as a recruiter before taking on leadership roles at PeopleSoft, Solectron and Hitachi. Beyond the workplace, he serves to educate future HR and talent acquisition leaders as an adjunct professor of HR Analytics at Palo Alto University.
Sung will apply his expertise in employment branding and HR technology to generate demand at scale and strengthen AllyO’s brand and market awareness. Prior to joining AllyO, Sung held a variety of marketing leadership positions spanning over 25 years and has received multiple Creative Excellence Awards for his work with clients like PwC, Alaska Airlines and Amazon. He has also overseen and expanded market growth for companies like ADP VirtualEdge, Jobscience, Mighty Recruiter and Koru.
