The PGA partnered with Jopwell to better understand how the Jopwell community perceives the golf industry and the career opportunities within it. Together they conducted a survey with nearly 500 Jopwell community members participating. The data provided the PGA with learnings on how it can better position its professional opportunities to professionals of color, empowering the organization to make golf more inclusive for all.
