While browsing Google for Jobs the other day I came across a job description that caught my eye. It was for a contract HR role at Publicis Sapient in Boston, MA. [ LINK ]
As I scrolled to the end I found a unique element, a quote from the hiring manager.
The ideal element would probably be a 30 sec video clip of the hiring manager explaining the ideal candidate but a quote is good too. Just be sure to offer something unique to the job seeker. Use a quote to help them gain insight into expectations, the ideal candidate or something else unique about the role.
In today’s tough hiring climate, the employers that publish more interesting content get noticed in a sea of same sounding job postings.
Be different.
