In early 2019, Workology distributed an “HR Artificial Intelligence (AI) Readiness” survey to its global subscriber list of over 100,000 HR practitioners. The survey was designed to determine Human Resources’ understanding of what AI is, how it can be leveraged in HR, its implications, and whether or not HR professionals have a strategy to test and implement AI tools within their company.

This webinar will discuss the results and key findings of the survey, providing data points as to HR’s maturity to implementing AI within enterprise businesses.
