The July employment report confirmed for a second straight month that women hold the majority of payroll jobs in the U.S. Women held 79,517,000 nonfarm payroll jobs last month, or 50.1% of all employees, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Women held the same share in June. Over
