Payroll, HR, and workforce management solutions provider, UKG has announced the acquisition of employee scheduling software platform, Shiftboard, for an undisclosed sum. US-based Shiftboard provides a shift-based operations scheduling solution for mission-critical industries with complex workforce scheduling challenges, such as oil & gas, manufacturing, and energy sectors.
