The Honey Baked Ham Company Announces National Hiring Day

To prepare for the Easter rush, The Honey Baked Ham Company will conduct a National Hiring Day event from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 6. Interviews for multiple positions will be held at every HoneyBaked store.

The Honey Baked Ham Company regularly hires additional seasonal associates to cope with increased demand during holiday seasons. The brand is looking to hire outgoing and hard-working associates to run cash registers, hand out product samples, prepare food and more.

“HoneyBaked is a great fit for individuals who have a heart to serve and want the benefits of working with an organization that values work-life balance,” said Renee Stevens, Vice President of Human Resources for HoneyBaked Ham. “We are proud to host our first National Hiring Day to build our pool of seasonal associates. In fact, our goal is to increase the number of seasonal team members who return year over year during our busy holiday seasons.”

In addition to hourly pay, newly hired associates will receive a free Honey Baked Ham or Turkey Breast upon completion of their Easter schedule. Additional perks include flexible schedules and a casual dress code. New associates will also be able to refer friends and family for positions, and will have the opportunity to return as a seasonal associate at Thanksgiving and Christmas.

“We’re not just looking to hire employees,” said Stevens, “We’re looking for people to join our ever growing Ham Fam. People are our greatest asset and if you have a heart to serve, then HoneyBaked has a place you.”
