Talkpush, the first conversational recruitment platform, announced its revamped WhatsApp integration capabilities armed with rich content support, which enables recruiters and candidates to send and receive images, videos, PDFs, text files, contacts and audio files.

The WhatsApp bot can now send images and convert audio to text using speech recognition software and natural language processing (NLP) capabilities to support recruitment automation at every stages of the hiring process.

Talkpush’s WhatsApp integration allows candidates to easily complete their whole application process natively without ever having to leave WhatsApp answering questions in video and voice format from their smartphones. For employers, this means being able to deliver a great candidate experience for the more than 1.6 billion users who use WhatsApp every month.

All communications happen from a verified account with the official brand and company name of the employer, giving candidates and recruiters confidence they conversation is secure.
