Whether videos were created by Corporate Marketing, SparcStart, Skill Scout, VideoMyJob, Stories Incorporated, AltruLabs or in-house on phones or webcams, the Video Management Center will make them readily available to the entire Talent Acquisition team.

As you have undoubtedly observed over the past 5 years, SparcStart does not launch new features or functionality just to get attention.  But we are responsive to client requests and the lack of a VMS (yes, we are adding another 3-letter acronym to the lexicon!) is a hole in the enterprise toolkit.   

This tool doesn’t revolutionize Talent Acquisition, doesn’t disrupt the market, or have any A.I., it just helps companies work more efficiently, increase their employer brand visibility and get a higher return on their investment in content.  It makes work easier and better for recruiters.
