People Matters TechHR Asia Recap

Held on February 28, 2019, People Matters TechHR conference was all about people and technology in the human resource sector.

People Matters is known for organizing the largest HR technology event in Asia. The event featured 70+ speakers, 1200+ delegates and thousands of attendees.

The attendees got a chance to listen to prominent speakers including Andrew Spence, Rudy Karsan, Aileen Tan, Jason Averbook, Ester Martinez and many more. Ray Wang delivered the opening keynote.  He talked about employee experience and how PESTEL megatrends are impacting businesses. Discussions were held on ‘Blockchain.’

Andrew Spence talked about how blockchain will change the way we work. He provided real-life examples of Blockchain in HR to emphasize its importance. Also, Ester Martinez stressed the growing speed of technology advancement which provides businesses, recruiters and HR professionals with an opportunity to have a perfect workplace in the future.

It was indeed an enriching experience for the HR professionals as they learned about implementing technology and strategies in practice. Everyone was excited to listen to the speakers and get valuable insights from them.
