PandoLogic Awarded Two Badges of Excellence by HR Policy’s Recruiting Software Initiative

(New York, NY-April 9, 2019) PandoLogic, a leader in programmatic recruitment advertising, is pleased to announce the HR Policy’s Recruiting Software Initiative (RSI) has awarded PandoLogic with 2 Badges of Excellence for Adaptability and Returns.

Badges of Excellence are awarded to solutions assessed by the RSI Review Board that were able to demonstrate innovative approaches to improving an employer’s ability to identify, attract, evaluate and retain critically important talent. The RSI Review Board does not promote any one software solution over another. Instead, they assess each solution through distinct lenses related to the application’s ability to adapt, mitigate unconscious bias, comply with labor regulations, exhibit successful integrations, justify outcomes, and demonstrate returns directly correlated to the vendor’s platform.

PandoLogic’s use of AI in automating the job advertising process to reduce cost, increase impressions and applicants per requisition, and connect open jobs with unique and engaged markets led the RSI Review Board to award PandoLogic with Badges of Excellence for Adaptability and Returns. The RSI Review Board was also impressed with PandoLogic’s ability to work closely with clients to identify the root cause of underperforming requisitions.

“After a rigorous vetting process, we are thrilled to be awarded 2 badges of excellence by HR Policy’s Recruiting Software Initiative. It’s a validation of our AI capabilities which enables not just automation of the job advertising process but also the smart decisioning on bidding and placement through algorithms and predictive data”, said Terry Baker, PandoLogic’s President. “The PandoLogic team is committed to solving the complex hiring needs of employers, staffing companies and RPOs and these badges are a testament to that commitment.”
