Mercer, a global consulting leader in advancing health, wealth, and career, and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc., today announced the creation of the HRTech Incubator Program, a first-of-its-kind incubator launched in collaboration with WeWork Lab, focusing exclusively on future of work technology services. It will be located across the river from NYC in Hoboken, NJ.
With rapid developments in technology, the future of work has never evolved so quickly. Mercer is at the forefront of helping companies stay ahead. The Mercer HRTech Incubator was launched to help incubate, support, and grow the next generation of workforce innovation start-ups.

The inaugural class was selected from over 200 applicants and includes:
- Vetty – a blockchain & AI-based platform for employee vetting.Vantage Point – a virtual reality-based training services provider.
- QLC – an online talent development network for in- and externships.
- Learnerbly – a single-click, SaaS-solution for enterprise learning programs.
- Retirety – a platform offering employee benefits educational resources.Socrates – an enterprise technology suite offering chatbot HR solutions.
Each participant undergoes an intensive partnership development initiative early in the program to help refine their offering and to help ensure the company’s value-proposition will resonate with clients.
