Win-Win Hiring means measuring hiring success on the first year anniversary date, not the start date. This means both the new hire and the hiring manager enthusiastically agree – one year later – that they made the right decision. In addition, you’ll need to use “Moneyball for HR!” to attract and filter these candidates because they won’t apply to traditional job postings nor be found using traditional direct sourcing techniques.
