Korn Ferry announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire UK-headquartered talent acquisition and consulting firm AMS from OMERS Private Equity. The blockbuster transaction is valued at approximately (roughly $1.1 billion), positioning the combined entity as an undisputed leader in global talent and workforce solutions.
