The Monster Workforce Index is a monthly measure of U.S. labor market conditions developed by Monster. The index combines multiple workforce indicators into a single standardized score centered on a historical benchmark of 100.

The Monster Workforce Index measured 101.1 in June 2026, an increase of 3.2 points from May’s reading of 97.9. The June reading places the national Workforce Index in the Healthy range, indicating labor market conditions.
