At the recent HR Tech Conference in Las Vegas, Jobvite CEO chatted about his time in the online recruiting space, the history of the ATS and some thoughts on the original HotJobs.

He told the audience “We’re in the rejection business not the hiring business”, which I thought was an interesting way to describe his company’s applicant tracking system.
