Job Ads That Attract

How many times have you posted on LinkedIn or sent an outreach message claiming to have an “exciting opportunity,” and linked to or attached a boring or demanding job description outlining a positively mediocre opportunity?  How did it work for you?  Were you able to successfully lure any high caliber candidates?
