Job Ads That Attract

How many times have you posted on LinkedIn or sent an outreach message claiming to have an “exciting opportunity,” and linked to or attached a boring or demanding job description outlining a positively mediocre opportunity?  How did it work for you?  Were you able to successfully lure any high caliber candidates?

Samantha McLaren, in her recent LinkedIn blog, has collected some examples of job ads that have taken more creative approaches to capture interest and define what distinguishes their companies from the masses.  If you’re not tightly bound by marketing and legal compliance restrictions in advertising, you may be able to take some inspiration.  Check them out here.
