Peter Baskin, a 20-year veteran of the SaaS recruiting space, has been named Chief Product Officer of the newly-merged Montage, the single solution to engage, interview and hire better candidates, faster, and Shaker International, a leading provider of predictive talent intelligence and assessment solutions.
Baskin will be charged with advancing the product vision and strategy for the combined entity, which is the only recruiting technology provider on the market to combine the power of a SaaS-based platform with predictive intelligence and talent analytics to enable better candidate experiences and inform smarter hiring decisions for 100% of an organization’s hires. Baskin will lead the development of the combined entity’s revolutionary recruiting automation platform, while also focusing on ensuring the company’s continued development and ethical use of AI and machine learning in hiring. He will oversee a team comprised of talented product managers, data scientists and UI and UX designers.

SNAG NAMES CEO
Snag, the country’s largest and fastest-growing platform for hourly work, announced today new changes to its executive leadership team. Mathieu Stevenson has been appointed Chief Executive Officer.
Stevenson succeeds Fabio Rosati who will return to his role as Executive Chairman of the Board. Stevenson will lead the company forward, with Rosati’s active involvement, to realize Snag’s mission of revolutionizing how hourly workers and employers connect.

Tasker is a 30-year veteran of building and leading implementation and service teams. He gained deep expertise early in his career leading technical and functional aspects of payroll delivery at Delta Air Lines. He spearheaded successful client implementation experiences in enterprise resource planning and has a detailed background implementing core HR, payroll, benefits, and learning solutions at organizations such as AnswerThink, 121g, and Rimini Street.
As chief client officer, Tasker will improve implementation processes and cut the time it takes before a client begins using the software.
