HRtech Execs on the Move: JobDiva, EmployBridge, talentReef


JobDiva announces that they have formally named Gus Samra as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Formerly Head of Business Development, Mr. Samra will, as CRO, preside over the production, management and alignment of revenue sources on a global scale. He will be responsible for the coordination of several of JobDiva’s revenue-centered departments worldwide, such as Sales/Business Development and Marketing.

“We anticipate that Gus will excel as JobDiva’s Chief Revenue Officer,” said Diya Obeid, JobDiva’s CEO and Founder. “JobDiva is now a global organisation and is constantly adding new products and tools. As such, it is vital that we have a globally-minded Business Development leader like Gus coordinating JobDiva’s revenue-related activities.”

As a leader of JobDiva’s Business Development unit for 15 years, Mr. Samra has been a primal force in JobDiva’s development into the leading technology vendor for staffing and recruitment. He has delivered JobDiva’s messaging worldwide, forged valuable relationships and built a knowledgeable, highly effective sales team. Now, as CRO, Mr. Samra will expand JobDiva’s global reach.

EmployBridge Sales Exec

EmployBridge today announced that Mark Neas has joined the company’s senior management team as chief sales officer supporting its portfolio of industry leading specialty brands and value-added programs.

New CEO at talentReef

talentReef, the market-leading cloud provider to recruit and retain the Service Industry’s Hourly workforce, today announced that Richard Crawford has been named President and Chief Executive Officer. Richard’s successful executive background and experience will be instrumental in continuing to expand talentReef’s market share as the leader for the service industry’s hourly workforce. The selection of Crawford caps a search process of experienced SaaS CEOs throughout the country and was a unanimous decision by the talentReef Board of Directors.

Crawford holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management degree from Georgia Tech in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to joining talentReef, he has excelled in executive leadership roles at market leading companies. Most recently, Crawford was the CEO at Samba Safety where he led the SaaS company from a small regional driver risk solution provider to the leading national supplier of driver risk management solutions to enterprise customers as well as trucking, transportation, and middle market companies.
