George LaRocque to leverage decades of HR and technology expertise to shape UNLEASH America into the most customer-focused event delivered to the HR industry
UNLEASH, the fastest growing international show on the Future of Work & HR Technology, today announced that George LaRocque, the founder and Principal Analyst of HRWins, an independent analyst and advisory firm for talent acquisition and HR professionals, will join the company as Event Director for UNLEASH America. UNLEASH America takes place in Las Vegas, NV at the MGM Resort on May 12-13, 2020.
LaRocque will be integral in fashioning the content for maximum insight and education for North America’s HR Technology market. His focus will be on leading regional sales, alliances and channels, industry strategy, customer success, and services, while he oversees the day to day operations and programming.

iCIMS, Inc., the market leader for cloud-based talent acquisition software solutions, today announced that its founder Colin Day is moving from CEO of the company to Chairman, effective Sept. 15, 2019. Ronald Kasner, iCIMS’ president and COO, will lead business operations as interim CEO while an executive search is conducted.
Day will step away from daily operations of the business but will continue to champion iCIMS’ product vision as well as partner with senior leadership on the iCIMS customer experience, corporate culture, and the strategic direction of the company. He will serve as Chairman on the Board of Directors.
