HireBasis Remote Job Board Launches Redesign after Increase of 20k+ Registered Users

San Francisco, CA – HireBasis, a fast-growing, innovative remote job board, has quickly brought its user base to over 20,000 registered users from around the world since its inception in October 2022. The growth has been consistent, and the site now attracts thousands of new jobseekers who join the site every month thanks to the fact that the site also boasts over two hundred new job posts every week covering a variety of fields.

The redesign was necessary to enhance the user experience and to improve user engagement with the site’s features, including its innovative “interactive job candidate search chart” where employers may quickly discover job candidates based on skills test performance and accepted salary requirements.

With the redesign, jobseekers will now more quickly and intuitively be able to discover jobs that fit their preferences, while employers new to the site will be able to more effectively use the candidate search chart to find ideal job candidates.

“We’re truly excited about this redesign launch, and our team is hard at work to add a series of new features to the site, including a much needed reporting system so users can report suspicious job posts,” said Hasan Abdullah, founder of HireBasis. “We are also prioritizing a skillset library, where all of the 174 featured skills that employers may list as job requirements will be clickable, leading the user to a library of articles we’ve written for each skill. The articles will include links to the best sites where the user may seek training to add the skill to their skillset.”

HireBasis is poised for further growth to become a top remote job board and to further its mission to promote the growing trends of skills-based hiring and international hiring to help jobseekers around the world become better situated in their careers while helping employers leverage lower prevailing wages in developing nations. Ultimately the objective is to create a win-win situation for both the employer and jobseeker.
