LinkedIn Recruiter is cool, and convenient… and also very expensive. It is a luxury a lot of Recruiters are not afforded.  You can use free LinkedIn organic search, but that has significant limitations.  You can also use LinkedIn Google X-Ray search strings, but those frequently go stale as LinkedIn continues to change the algorithm to discourage said hacking.  For those who are always looking for ways to be successful without that costly Recruiter seat, you probably know who the brilliant Irina Shamaeva is.

Well she has yet again hacked the algorithm which eternally seeks to thwart us Boolean users.  But it is complex to write.  Fortunately for us, Balazs Paroczay has created a tool to write the string for you to save massive amounts of precious time and research.  He says, “You can download and use it as your own: it’s free and does not require extra access to anything.
