Los Angeles, California – Fama Technologies, Inc. is pleased to announce early access to Instant Fit, a new type of candidate screening solution that frictionlessly screens for candidate fit based off of a candidate’s online footprint – without lengthy tests or assessments. Fama’s Instant Fit concept and peer-reviewed, I/O science technology was initially demonstrated at the 2023 HR Technology Conference and Expo last October in Las Vegas and the results were overwhelmingly positive.
