ExecThread, the world’s largest community of diverse executive-level talent, announced today the launch of its premium candidate sourcing platform.
ExecThread has developed a performance-based job posting service which connects employers and executive recruiters to ExecThread’s highly vetted member base. During the 3-month beta test of the premium job postings platform, over 250 executive-level job openings were marketed to ExecThread members by >200 different hiring companies, which resulted in more than 5,000 applicants, hundreds of interviews, and multiple hires. Of the jobs marketed, 60% were for VP, SVP and C-Suite level roles (with the remainder for Director & Senior Director roles) and 40% of the jobs were not posted on any other job platform or company website other than ExecThread.
With nearly 50% of its 40,000+ members coming from underrepresented groups (women, people of color, LGBTQ+, Veterans), ExecThread provides a unique resource to both executive recruiters and employers alike. “The quality and diversity of our highly curated network is what separates ExecThread from other talent acquisition options, and our strong performance proves it,” said Joe Meyer, CEO of ExecThread.
Some of the notable employers that participated in ExecThread’s beta program include Bitly, Catalyst, Estée Lauder, Expedia, GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group), Innovid, Intel, Legrand, Marriott International, MRM//McCann, New York Magazine, New York Life Insurance Company, Nutrisystem, OMERS Ventures, RealNetworks, Silicon Valley Bank, Shapeways, The Mom Project, UNICEF, United States Steel Corp., Voom / Airbus, Vox Media, Walmart Media Group, Warner Music Group, William Hill and Ziff Media Group.
Some of the executive recruiting firms that participated in ExecThread’s beta program were Carpe Diem Partners, Clear Point Consultants, DHR International, Goodwin Executive Search, Grenadier Search Group, Heidrick & Struggles, Opus Search, SRI, and The Montgomery Group.
