The staffing firm CyberCoders just relaunched their main site as a full-fledged job board. The new design is quite pleasing to the eye. Known mostly for technology staffing the website claims to have other jobs as well. Interesting to note how a staffing firm is using a job board to grow and reach more candidates.

The new motto “Search. Apply. Done.” speaks to the company’s innovative proprietary software that helps streamline not only the search process but also the hiring process, to ensure clients and candidates find the right match fast.

The website offers a number of new tools for both clients and candidates. The “Quick-Apply” tool enables job seekers to apply to more than one job with a single swipe of their mobile device. The intelligent search feature allows candidates to find relevant jobs quicker, and even offers additional jobs they may not have seen during their own search.
