Can Job Boards become Job Agents for Candidates?

The rise of AI-enabled Job candidate tools is one of the most interesting developments and applications of AI. Many of these tools are paid consumer models, small pricing at $10 per month for X number of automated applications. The opportunity for job boards – which have a huge volume of job candidates to convert ‘inventory’ into customers is obvious. We have already seen some examples of this in the US – will it become mainstream in 2026?
