Before You Buy That ATS

Before you go out and buy a new applicant tracking system (ATS) be sure to ask the right questions.

  • Whats the price?
  • Are there extra fees?
  • Does it offer good search capabilities (especially for past applicants)?
  • Do they offer support? In what form?
  • How much training is required to learn it?
  • How is reporting handled?
  • What are the top 3 features other customer love?
  • Do you have a few clients we can speak with? (reference)
