How to Use Google Forms as an ATS

Google’s free document suite includes something called Google Forms which allows anyone to create simple form landing pages that can collect data.

A number of savvy employers have taken to forms as a new way to collect applicants. You can actually upload a resume and export the data so it makes sense for low volume hirers as an alternate ATS. Creating fields is easy from drop downs to open answered questions.

Here’s one we spotted for a nurse role in Indiana on a local Facebook group.
