I’m off to HRtech this week in Las Vegas. Here’s a quick roundup from the past month of recruiting technology news.

Jobs2Careers, a recruitment technology company offering data-driven job advertising solutions, announced today the launch of On Demand Talent — recruitment software that uses predictive analytics to help talent acquisition and recruiting professionals fill their open positions more efficiently. Fuel50, The career pathing software solution has raised $2.5 million in Series A funding, bringing its total funding to date to $4.6 million. With this cash injection, the company will continue to better enable leaders to engage and motivate their teams, and empower employees to have a visible career path within their organization. Leading this round, to supplement the company’s rapidly accelerating organic growth, are prominent southern California firms, Rincon Venture Partners and Bonfire Ventures. LINK

Energage, the employee engagement platform that unlocks potential and inspires performance, today announced a $15 million round of funding. Energage also unveiled its new name and launched a new technology platform to give talent leaders the ability to measure engagement and act on workplace insights. LINK

Seasoned.co Secures $20 Million in Funding from TPG Growth to Build Online Community for Foodservice Workers

Talenya is the new startup from the founder of realMatch, Gal Amog. It’s been likened to the ‘Uber of Recruiting’. LINK

Envoy Global, the technology leader in global immigration and workforce management, raised $21 million in Series C financing led by growth equity firm Catalyst Investors. Existing investor General Catalyst participated in the round as well. The new capital will expand Envoy’s go-to-market efforts, and continued development of its global immigration services and software platform. Susan Bihler of Catalyst Investors has joined Envoy’s Board of Directors. LINK

Jobcase raises 7.5 million in new funding, now claims 75 million registered seekers. LINK

Facebook will soon allow jobs directly from Ziprecruiter and other aggregators and ATS systems. LINK

CareerBuilder is laying off 4% of staff – The move comes as Tegna Inc. completed its divestiture of CareerBuilder last month. LINK

Jobbio raises $10 million for its job board “marketplace.” Landing pages for employers and direct follows to candidate LinkedIn profiles seem to be their focus. LINK

Legion raises $10.5M to roll out an automated employee scheduling tool. LINK

SF based interviewing.io raises 3 million for its anonymous platform. LINK

Jopwell raises $7.5 million for diversity recruiting platform. LINK

Microsoft finally starts doing something with LinkedIn by integrating it into Office 365. LINK

Pymetrics helps Identify the traits of your top performing employees and hire people like them, but without the discriminatory bias of traditional recruiting. The artificial intelligence startup that today announced $8 million in new funding onstage at TechCrunch Disrupt SF. Pymetrics’ goal is “making the world a fairer place” by dismantling hiring discrimination like sexism, racism, ageism and classism. LINK

ZipRecruiter Gains Major Newspaper Network at Monster’s Expense. LINK

ExecThread is a new private job board for C Suite executives, just raised 6.5 million. LINK

GigSource, about a year in the making, will be a contract/freelance management platform. In other words, not just a job board to go find someone to do a gig, but, particularly for larger companies, a place to manage contractors. LINK
